UNDER STEP 1 THE OFFERORS WHO ARE SELECTED FOR THE QUALIFIED VENDOR LIST (QVL) WILL RECEIVE THE DETAILED TWIC SOW AND TERMS & CONDITIONS UNDER THE STEP 2 SOLICITATION OR RFP. PLEASE SEE THE UPLOADED WORD DOCUMENT FOR THE DESCRIPTION. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAY-2006).
