Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), intends to award on a sole-source basis, per FAR 6.302-1, a base plus-two option year contract to SCMC No 1, LLC for the lease of a 250KW back-up generator located in the building at 111 South Tejon Street, Suite 222, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. The lease includes the Liebert HVAC Unit, two heat pumps, a condenser pump and variable frequency drive. The dollar value for the base plus two options years is $15,000.00 per year for a total of $45,00.00. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLA to the Contracting Officer, Loretta C. Buckley, at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), ATTN: Loretta C.
