- **** THIS MODIFICATION TO THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO ADD THAT THIS REQUIREMENT IS A HUBZONE SET A SIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM HUBZONE OFFERORS WILL BE CONSIDERED.**** Solicitation for End Item: C-130 Aircraft, NSN 1680 00 092 0393, 0012500352, Lever, Remote, Control, Lockheed Martin, Cage 98897. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. This is a firm fixed price contract, quantity of 48 with 100% quantity option. This procurement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, full and open after exclusion of sources. NAICS is 336413. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. There is a government first article test requirement, sample of 2 each, delivered in 90 days ARO. Production delivery within 239 days AFAA. This requirement contains provisions for an ?Export Control? technical data package. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on 09/18/06.
