- The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price order on a sole source basis under simplified acquisition procedures to PLANAR System Inc, for a Widescreen Stereo/3D Monitor, Pixel Format: SXGA, Display Resolution: 1600 x 1200, Megapixel Count: 1.9, Viewable Size: 20.1 Inch diagonal, Palette: 16 million colors, Stereo Luminance: 150 cd/m2, Response Time: 16ms, Refresh Rate: 49-75 Hz, Interface: 24-pin DVI, Dimensions(W x H x D): 23.1 x 20.4 x 25.5 and Weight: 47lbs. Notwithstanding the Government's intent negotiate for this requirement on a sole source basis with PLANAR System Inc, and responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by NOAA. Responses must be received within 10 days of the posting of this notice.
