Description

1. The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to award a commercial item contract to CAMBRIDGESOFT Corporation located in Cambridge, MA for proprietary ChemDraw Ultra Desktop Software licenses. This procurement will be awarded as a sole source renewal commercial item contract based on a continuing necessity for services. 2. Procurement Procedures.
