- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-06-054-REL. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to remove and replace the flooring in the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Hospital. The flooring will be replaced with carpet in mainly the administrative wing of the hospital along with a couple other offices. The entrance flooring will be replaced with Pedimat (M1) floor matting in accordance with the plans and specifications. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is September 8, 2006, with a closing date of September 25, 2006. The completion time is 90 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. This project is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns.
