Description

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to upgrade Telecommunications Room HVAC system at USCG Station New Orleans: Jefferson Parrish, Metairie, Louisiana. The project includes, but is not limited to: Provide and install a 2-Ton ductless mini-split, wall mounted AC unit with the following features: a) SEER of 12 or better; b.) Refrigerant shall be R-410A; c.) Auto swing louvers; d.) Washable air filter; e.) Low-ambient operation; f.) Power supply shall be 208 volt, single phase, single point connection; g.) Anti-corrosion coil; h.) Outdoor unit cabinet shall meet or exceed Florida ?hurricane? code for high wind load condition; i.) Wireless remote, with 24 hour timer, auto, cool, dry fan modes, three fan speeds plus auto fan. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238220, with a size standard of $13.0 million.
