- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price type contract for the acquisition of Services for Laser Database Maintenance as required by the United States Secret Service. This acquisition is Performance Based. The resulting contract will be for a period of one year with three one year option periods. This requirement is set aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541710. Solicitations, SF 1449, shall be posted electronically on 6 September 2006. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. All vendors are required to be registered in ORCA and the CCR, and must provide a DUNS code with their proposal. All responsible sources must submit pricing data and all other information required in accordance with the instructions (i.e. must sign SF 1449 and fill out appropriate clauses) set forth in the RFP, SF 1449, to the USSS Contracting Officer by no later than 12:00 P.M on 13 September 2006 Eastern Standard Time. Any proposal that does not include all the required information set forth in the solicitation is subject to rejection from the competitive range at the Government?s discretion.
