- Description
- At a minimum, the contractor must have classroom testing experience, be able to implement program description and experienced provider of social services. The Contractor's staff must possess a Bachelor's degree in the studies of education or social work. The Contractor must be able to demonstrate past experience in providing Parenting, Family Literacy, or similar programs. Contractor must have extensive knowledge in childhood development and social work demonstrated by a minimum of three (3) years of experience in this field, along with current experience within the last three (3) years. The contract periods will consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The schedule shall not exceed thirty (30) hours per week and normally will consists of eighteen (18) one (1) hour sessions and four (4) one (1) hour sessions of appropriate vising room activities per week.
