- Management & Training Corporation is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted services to studnts (16-24 yrs old) at Philadelphia Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following positions: Physician, Dental Services, Mental Health Consultant and Optometry Services. Subcontract will be awarded for the base term period covering January 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008 with three option years. All services will be performed on site at Philadelphia Job Corps Center except the Dental and Optometry services which will be perfomed off site at subcontractor's facility.
