- Sole Source -This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures with Guest Communication Corp. The Department of Veterans Affairs located in Dayton Ohio is purchasing the following: Guide to Guest Services directories. Following is their web-site and if you can provide a guide that is equipment please send the specifics of your product. http://www.gcckc.com/gccbooks/gtgs/index.htm This sole source acquisition is being issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2) and is advertised to meet the requirements of FAR 5.2.This notice may represent the only official notice. Closing date for receipt of written responses is seven (7) calendar days after publication of this notice.
