Description

The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) plans to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Howard Johnson Hotel, 111 W. Pershing, North Little Rock, AR and Travelodge, 3100 N. Main Street, North Little, Rock, AR to provide lodging for students attending classes at the CAVHS Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) in North Little Rock, AR. The hotel must be within a five (5) mile radius of the LETC, provide individual/private sleeping rooms with bathrooms, telephone service in each room to include free local calls, laundry facility on the premises, and parking available at no charge. The agreement will be for a one year period with two one-year options to extend the period. There will be no minimum guarantee under these BPA?s; however, total orders shall not exceed $500,000 over the total maximum period of performance. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within five days of this announcement. NAICS Code 721110, size standard $6.5 million.
