Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F3V5J16233A100. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, North American Industrial Classification Standard 423430, Size Standard, 100, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. Description of requirements: 0001-SMART Sympdium Model IC-250. Must be Brand Name. Quantity: 12 0002-Projector, 2600 ANSI Lumens, center lens, 3-year parts and labor warranty, 5,000 hour lamp. Quantity: 7 0003-Lamp ? 5,000 hours to match projector model. Quantity: 10 0004-8?x24?suspended ceiling kit for mounting projectors. Chief Model CMA440 or equal.
