- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR TWO CONFERENCE ROOM UPGRADES AND NEW EQUIPMENT, PROJECTION SYSTEM AND MEDIA The NASIC Facility at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH is seeking potential Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business sources, 8(a) program sources and small disadvantage veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) to provide all equipment, tools, labor, transportation, materiel, parts, cables, connectors, hardware, etc. necessary to upgrade two conference rooms at the above facility. The Government does not currently intend to set-aside this requirement for the above business types. However, we are requesting a capabilities package in the event we determine a set-aside program to be the proper avenue under which the government can fulfill this requirement. The purpose of this announcement is to identify certified firms who are small business HUBZone, small business, 8(a) business and SDVOSB that possess both capability and experience to provide required upgrades and equipment. The government anticipates a competitive acquisition for this award. The contractor shall be required to perform required specifications as stated in the attachments. There will be no government furnished property provided. Contractor shall be required to obey all requirements of the National Fire Codes and Air Force Regulations as they relate to the work. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a clean work area on a daily basis. Combustible waste shall be disposed of accordingly at the end of each workday and not allowed to accumulate. All work areas shall be kept clean and orderly at all times. Remove all equipment, drums, containers, barricades and all other construction materiel upon contract completion. In addition to the information requested in paragraph below, entitled ?Capabilities Package?, responding parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334310, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3651 with an associated size standard of 750 employees. Businesses, including their affiliates, whose gross annual receipts averaged over the previous 3 fiscal year NOT exceeding 750 employees are considered small business. CAPABILITIES PACKAGE Interested parties must submit a capabilities package, with a cover letter, that is brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrates ability to meet the stated requirements with an adequate number of sufficiently qualified personnel. The capabilities package should clearly present evidence that the interested party is fully capable of providing the required product and labor and as such may contain any information that the interest party feels is relevant. Capabilities package requirements are to be presented in accordance with the two attachments to this sources sought entitled ?CAPABILITIES PACKAGE?.
