- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source contract firm-fixed priced, service contract with Presentation Products, Inc., 5939 Darwin Court, Suite 113, Carlsbad, CA 92008-7362. This acquisition has three CLINs to provide the following: CLIN 0001: The contractor will purchase Axis TV Dynamic Visual Messaging System, to include all items and accessories. CLIN 0002: The contractor will install the Axis TV System, and CLIN 0003: The contractor will include a 1 year on-site select service support agreement for the Axis TV System. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 541512. The business size is $18M. The period of performance is from Aug 11 to Nov 17, 2006. The proposed contract is for items, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 11 Sep 06. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
