- 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB DE intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Radiology Information Systems, Inc., 43676 Trade Center Place, Suite 100, Dulles VA 20166-2124. This acquisition is sole source because Radiology Information Systems is the vendor of the CD Power Pacs 1000 System and also has proprietary software to run it. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 811212. The following service will be procured: Contractor will provide hardware and software maintenance coverage for the Dover Air Force Base DE Hospital Radiology Department CD Power Pacs 1000 System and Howtek Multira 460 Film Digitizer. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete quote, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award date is September 15, 2006. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, September 13, 2006.
