- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-06-Q-A057 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332312. Small business size standard is 500. This is an unrestriced acquisition. The contractor shall provide one each of Brand Name or equal WRG Fire Training Simulation Systems Inc. Vertical Ventilation Trainer as specified on the attached description. Delivery and installation of this training prop is to be no later than 1 May 2007. Davis Bacon Wage Determination WA030001 is applicable to the foundation work of this requirement. A pre-construction performance meeting is to be conducted prior to construction on site.
