Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-06-Q-A062 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332312. Small business size standard is 500. This is an unrestriced acquisition. Unit Small Business Specialist is Ms. Marion Nelson (509) 247-4880; link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA http://sba.gov: link to unit public information: http://www.fairchild.af.mil/lgcons. The contractor shall provide one each of Brand Name or equal to WRG Fire Training Simulation Systems Inc. model number: WRG LFPBC Vehicle Car Fire Burn Trainer, as specified on the attached description. The David Bacon Act and Davis Bacon Wage Determination WA030001 is applicable to the foundation work of this requirement. A pre-construction performance meeting is to be conducted prior to construction on site.
