Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Test Center requires a purchase as follows: CLIN 0001: 1 each YR 2006 Model Caterpillar 963-C CAC3 Tracked Loader. Offers of Brand Name or Equal will be acceptable. Descripti ve Literature is required. Delivery is FOB Destination to US Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5001, US Army Test Center. State the availability of equipment. Applicable FAR Clauses and Provisions are: 52.203-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-5, 52.213- 2, 52.213-3, 52.214-21, 52.219-2, 52.225-9, 52.232.33, 52.247-34, AMCAC 52.0215-4001 52.203-6, AMCAC 52.0242-4001, APG 52.0229-4100. Offers shall be accepted at the US Army Contracting Office, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, ATTN: SFCA-NR-APC-T (Jo Ann Hayes), Abe rdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013 not later than 8 September 2006 at 9:00 AM.
