- Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia has a requirement to upgrade the existing software support services for a system previously purchased. Services covers replacing/upgrading serves that are past their life expectancy, run the current version of the Dictaphone sofware, operating systems. migration of data and training. Army Contracting Agency, SR, Directorate of Contracting intends to purchase these items from Dictaphone Corporation, the manufacturer of this proprietary equipment, which will integrate with the previously purchased system. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and this action will be accomplished under the authority cited 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No RFQ will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and is posted for 15 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
