Description

FSC 9515, various quantities and sizes of steel bar . Delivery is as stated in the solicitaion. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. Approximate solicitation issue date is September 8, 2006, with the closing date on approximately 15 September 2006. Once issued, c opies of the solicitation will be available for download from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the solicitat ion. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. The proposed contract is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Code is 331111, 1000 employees. This procurement will be Firm Fixed Price.This is a DO A5 rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Buy American Act applies to this order on all CLINS, see DFARS Clauses: 252.225-7000, 252.225-7001and 252.225-7002. Actual certifi ed mill test reports will be required for acceptance of this material. MTRs shall accompany the shipment.
