Description: TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with Knightfork, LLC 11775 Stratford House Place, Suite 410, Reston, VA 20190, Phone: 703-861-1552. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain programming a nd software support for integration of the as-built e-Business architecture into the TACOM e-Business operational environment. Responsibilities include software installation, customization and in place testing, site branding, development and testing of ope rational support procedures, documentation of start-up and shut-down procedures, and actual system operation. The negotiated contract will be a time and material contract for a 12 month performance period. The estimated base year is 1.1M and 1.5M for each of the ensuing four option years, for a total of 7.1 M over 5 years.
