- This will be an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The work consists of the satisfactory removal and disposal of shoal material within the channel limits as shown on the contract drawings. NAICS: 237990. Work is estimated to cost between $5,000,000 and 10,000 ,000. IFB will be issued on or about 21 September, 2006. Bid opening date will be established by a future amendment. It may take some time to download the files. Zip files containing .cal drawing files should be d ownloaded and extracted together in a single directory. You will need the adobe acrobat reader for .pdf files (www.adobe.com) and the maxview reader (www.maxview.com) for .cal files in order to open most files posted by the New Orleans District. You are ad vised that FedTeDS currently does not have a Plan Holders List capability.
