Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price offers are request under Request for Quotation (RFQ), number DTQ060047. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. There is a possibility that more than one vendor will be issued an award if it proves to be cost effective and advantageous to the Government. This is a cascading solicitation set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and cascading with Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325320. If a SDVOSB does not submit a reasonable, responsive, responsible quotation, this solicitation will be awarded to a Small Business. Therefore both SDVOSB and Small Business concerns shall submit quotes to this solicitation. The small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, but which proposes to furnish a product which it did not itself manufacture, is 500 employees. The line item numbers are: Item 1 - Tordon 22K Herbicide, Quantity 200 Gallons; Item 2 - Vanquish Herbicide, Quantity 125 Gallons; Item 3 - 2,4-D LV6 Herbicide, Quantity 60 Gallons; Item 4 - 2,4-D Weedar 64 Herbicide, Quantity 50 Gallons; Item 5 - 2,4-D Amine 4 Herbicide, Quantity 50 Gallons; Item 6 - Hi-Light Blue Dye Colorant Herbicide, Quantity 50 Gallons; Item 7 - Methylated Seed Oil Adjuvant Herbicide, Quantity 100 gallons. All items are brand name or equal. The FOB Point is destination. The delivery address is for Item 1 is Bureau of Land Management, Jarbidge Field Office, 2536 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. The delivery address for Items 2 through 7 is Bureau of Land Management, Burley Field Office, 15 East 200 South, Burley, Idaho 83318.
