- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-06-T-0061 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation shall be awarded to a small business on a competitive basis to the lowest price technically acceptable. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334210 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, M3904 Release 3 (3904 Digital Sets M3904, Rel 3 V8-9 GA 8.9), Quantity: 576 units All telephone units are requested to be new/unused, not refurbished, and black in color. Delivery shall be made no later than 15 October 2006 to NAVAIR Orlando, ATTN: Charles Warren, Code 7.2.4, c 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
