Description

Response date changed to 9/8/06. The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, FISC Norfolk intends on issuing a firm fixed price order for Balance Scorecard Methodology Training to the U. S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint Systems Integration Command (JSIC) in Suffolk, VA. This is a sole source action with Training Human Capital and/or its distributors in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, since they are the only sources capable of providing the required support. The necessary support includes: Training Phases I & II in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns who qualify under NAICS code 611430. The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, FISC Norfolk will make the RFQ available electronically, upon its release, at http://www.neco.navy.mil/. All contractors must be registered (http://www.ccr.gov) in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
