This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 22. Reference number N0020706RC013CH applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 and the business size standard in number of employees is 500. This Procurement is issued as unrestricted. This solicitation is for Fit Testers and related equipment for performing quantitative fit tests on respirators. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS (a) The offeror shall submit the following information: (1) Completed signed solicitation package, with all representations and certifications executed on company letterhead, or representation that reps and certs are current in ORCA, and with prices (unit prices shall reflect the price for each item, extended prices shall reflect the unit price x quantity = extended amount for each contract line item) Please submit Email address. BILLING: -The contractor shall comply with billing through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) program providing billing information in electronic format only. -Contractor is to provide a written plan detailing its procedures for resolving any discrepancies in billing. The requirement is for a firm-fixed price type contract. All prospective offerors are cautioned that in the event the Government is unable to determine price reasonableness based on the offers received and market analysis, the Government will not issue a contract. This decision is solely the decision and right of the Government. All efforts performed and all cost expended by prospective offerors in providing information requested by the solicitation (including potential site visits, if requested) are not subject to reimbursement by the Government.
