- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (under FAR Part 13.5) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This Notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested via this Notice. A separate, written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations are due by 12:00 noon Washington DC time 11 September. The requirement is for a quantity of 264 Hewlett Packard DeskJet 460wbt Printers. SUBSTITUTIONS ARE NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. Delivery is FOB Destination (Within consignees Premises), FAR 52.247-35 within 30 calendar days of date of order. Delivery address is Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 809 Brightseat Road, Landover, MD 20785. This resulting puchase order will be firm fixed priced. This solicitation and the clauses and provisions cited are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 dated 4 August 2006. NOTE: All references to offers in the FAR clauses are to be read as quotations and all references to offerors are to be read as quoters. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation: 52-212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS; 52.212-4, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS ; FAR 52.212-5, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS which include the following: 52.222-3, CONVICT LABOR;; 52.233-3, PROTEST AFTER AWARD; 52.222-21, PROHIBITION OF SEGREGATED FACILIITIES; 52.222-26, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY; 52.222-35, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR SPECIAL DISABLED VETERANS, VETERANS OF THE VIETNAM ERA, AND OTHER ELIGIBLE VETERANS; 52.222-36, AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES; 52.222-37, EMPLOYMENT REPORTS ON SPECIAL DISABLED VETERANS, VETERANS OF THE VIETNAM ERA, AND OTHER ELIGIBLE VETERANS ; and 52.232-33, PAYMENT BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER--CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS shall be completed and returned by each quoter as part of its quote. FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION ? COMMERCIAL ITEMS(01/1999), paragraph (a) is revised to read: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible SDVOSB quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government in terms of having the lowest overall price on all items.? Quotations must consist of: Pricing quotation on all 264 Hewlett Packard DeskJet 460wbt Printers (only the make and model specified will be considered), a statement confirming acceptance of all the terms and conditions in the solicitation, the representations and certifications completed (FAR 52.212-3), DUNs number, and confirmation that the quoter is currently registered in CCR.
