- NAICS Code: 5616 The purpose of this amendment is to make the following clarifications: 1. All products and services purchased for compliance with the HSPD-12 program and FIPS 201 must be on the Approved Products List (APL). If a vendor offers products and/or services from a GSA schedule 70 contract, SIN 132-6X, that product or service is deemed to conform to all applicable federal standards and requirements. If a vendor does not have a GSA schedule 70 contract, SIN 132-6X, the vendor must demonstrate that the products and services offered are APL certified and meet all applicable federal standards and requirements. Certification must be provided at the time the quote is submitted to be considered responsive to the RFQ. 2. The vendor should not include pricing for installation and commissioning of components. The Government intends to award a purchse order resulting from this Request for Quote to the responsible business whose offer, conforming to the solicitation provisions, will be the most advantageous to the government. Any firm believing it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a quote, which if received by close of business September 12, 2006 will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to Valen Wade, Contracting Officer at wade.valen @epa.gov.
