- NAICS Code: 541430 RFQ-DC-06-00385: EPA plans to award several Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for "green" award and novelty items, which may include items such as plaques, awards, tote bags, pencils, etc., that can be customized, engraved or printed with EPA-specific logos or messages. The intent of these BPAs is to make available to EPA buyers the widest possible selection of "green" items that meet the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG), and are made with recycled, post-consumer or recovered materials. Additionally, products that are recyclable and/or biodegradable, and are manufactured utilizing environmentally benign processes are desired. Small businesses are encouraged to respond to this RFQ. Any company interested in submitting a quote for this requirement should review the CPG information available at the following EPA web site: http://www.epa.gov/epaoswer/non-hw/procure/products/awards.htm BPAs issued subject to this RFQ will be for a one year period, with two one-year options to extend the period. The there will be no minimum guarantee under these BPAs; however, total orders shall not exceed $500,000 over the total maximum period of performance.
