- This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate a sole-source contract with Transformational Security LLC, 6785 Business Parkway, Suite 10, Elkridge, MD 21075. The Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA), through the General Services Administration, requires uniquely assembled surveillance and cellular exploration kits, idea audio pocket processor kits, and man portable antenna packages developed, built and sold by Transformational Security LLC. The proposed contract has a value of $311,000.00. Because these products are specifically made for CIFA by Transformation Security LLC, it is expected to be the only source that can provide this specialized equipment. Therefore, I intend to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and no other sources will be considered. This notice satisfies the requirements of FAR Part 5.
