- Single award term contract in each of three categories for the Department of Treasury/IRS. Beginning November 1, 2006 and ending October 31, 2007, with four possible options years (if applicable). Quality Levels III and IV are required. These specifications cover the production of face only or face and back forms requiring such operations as electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 110 orders (Category 1 - 1,000 to 49,999 copies); approximately 80 orders (Category 2 - 50,000 to 499,999 copies); and approximately 20 orders (Category 3 - 500,000 to 9,999,999 copies) per year. TRIM SIZE: Various sizes up to and including 8-1/2 x 11". Deliver f.o.b. contractor?s city to various locations. Complete production and delivery is required within 3 to 19 workdays.
