- This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group One, San Diego, Ca intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Bull Hill LLC of Kettle Falls, Wa. under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304@(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for 360 degree live fire rural sniper training courses. Terrain includes thick wooded areas, large open fields, cliffs, canyons, swamps, lakes, a deep water river and live fire over water ranges. Bull Hill will provide food, lodging and use of land for two (2) eight night and seven day training blocks for 24 people per training block. One fall and one spring training block. Dates: TBD Participants will arrive on a Saturday afternoon and will depart the following Sunday morning. We require sole usage of the training facility during our training sessions. This notice is not a request for offers. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. F.O.B Destination See Numbered Note 22.
