Service : Type 3 Contract- Next Business Day Parts and Labor On- Site Response, 2 year extended (960-2432): Service One: Dell Federal KYHD service (980-3087); Misc: 1 w ready mode- exceeds FEMP 3W recommendation. Mode can be disabled in BIOS. OptiPlex (310-1959). Quantity (2). The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5 shall be used. The simplified acquisition procedures set for the FAR Part 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined sysnopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation: therefore. A written request for quotation will be issued this procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAIC (formerly SIC) code is 334514 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. The request for quotation FFQ-06-0426). Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to the BEP 13th and D Street S.W. Washington D.E. 20228. Delivery is request within 45 days after receipt of order. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall price alone. Prefence for award will be given to SDVOSB and HUBZone Businesses. Price and Technical Requirements considered. All interested small businesses are requesting to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price and the proposed extended price any prompt payment discount terms, company name point of contact address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUN number and status (i.e. small business disadvantaged business or woman own business). If this item is available under GSA schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotation are due August 11, 2006 at 2:00pm.
