Description

Solicitation number FA8601-06-T-0192 is a SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT; synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. Due to compatibility requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The solicitation number is FA8601-06-T-0192, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541710, size standard 500 employees) The items being procured are listed below: 1 each - 2" Diameter MEMOCVD Epiwafer, 500+/-500A amorphous, AIN capping layer, 1.0 um Al Ga N (X=0.30=/-0.02) 1 each - 2" Diameter MEMOCVD Epiwafer, 500+/-500A amorphous, AIN capping layer, 1.0 um Al Ga N (X=0.40=/-0.02) 3 each - 2" Diameter MEMOCVD Epiwafer, 500+/-500A amorphous, AIN capping layer, 1.0 um Al Ga N (X=0.50=/-0.02) 1 each - 2" Diameter MEMOCVD Epiwafer, 1.0um AL Ga N (X=0.40+/-0.02)' Si Doping (1E17 cm-2) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received no later than 10:30 PM (EST) on 11 September 2006 will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
