Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Life Science Products, Inc, 115 S. Lynchburg Street, Chestertown, MD 21620-1146. The contractor shall install Seamtek N2 Full Flake Epoxy Flooring into APG Building E3081. The contemplated services will be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This service is for a period of 6 months from date of award. Life Science Products, Inc is currently the only source that provides Seamtek N2 Full Flake Chemical Resistant UV Cured Seal Coats. Life Science Products Inc, is the sole owner of the flooring product that meets industry standards and American Association for Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC) requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238330 and the size standard is $13.0 million dollars in average annual receipts over the last three years. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, September 11th, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
