Description

The Purpose of this Modification is to add the full combined/synopsis solicitation as follows: COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M3B66180A100 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 335129 with a 500 employee size standard. "FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. IF FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE , AWARD WILL BE MADE PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2006. ALL PROPOSED PRICES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2006." (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote to Provide and Install Calmut Lighting (or equal) grid system to ceiling in photo studio. Photo lights will require long cable runs and utilize 120 AC or AC/DC from power boxes. Fixtures use modeling lights with flash, wattage varies. Video lights may require wiring to dimmer box, 120VAC, 2450W Max constant on during use. Video and photo lights will not be use simultaneously. Grid system will support up to 15 lights of various sizes and weights. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.
