- Description: Copier paper, white, 92 brightness, 20 lb., 8 1/2" x 11", 500 sheets per ream, and 10 reams per box. (5,000 boxes). Delivery: Delivery will be made in quarterly deliveries of 1,250 boxes for a total of 5,000 boxes. NOTICE TO OFFERORS 1. Vendors shall submit the following: a signed SF-1449 or detailed quote, and a completed copy of FAR clause 52.212-3. You will be considered non-responsive if your firm is not registered in CCR. 2. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business under NAICS 424120 with a size standard of 500 employees. 3. Offeror must complete all items listed under Clause 52.212-3, entitled - Offeror Representations and Certifications or register online at www.orca.gov - Commercial items. Offerors must register in CCR prior to responding to this request for proposal. Register at www.ccr.gov 4. Special Shipping Instructions: if copier paper is shipped in pallets, all pallets should be delivered in pallet sizes of 48" X 40" with the true fork side being the 48" side. The freight shall not exceed 60" in height, which includes the pallet. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract. (2) The Contractor shall make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction, until 3 years after final payment under this contract or for any shorter period specified in FAR Subpart 4.7, Contractor Records Retention, of the other clauses of this contract. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved. (3) As used in this clause, records include books, documents, accounting procedures and practices, and other data, regardless of type and regardless of form. This does not require the Contractor to create or maintain any record that the Contractor does not maintain in the ordinary course of business or pursuant to a provision of law. 6.0(e)(1) Notwithstanding the requirements of the clauses in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), and (d) of this clause, the Contractor is not required to flow down any FAR clause, other than those in paragraphs (i) through (vii) of this paragraph in a subcontract for commercial items.
