Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Foster and Freeman USA, Inc., 46030 Manekin Plaza, Suite 170, Sterling, VA 20166 for a complete DCS-3 Digital Capture System for the enhancement of latent fingerprints. Foster and Freeman is the United States distributor of the system, which incorporates unique lighting and software to capture and enhance fingerprints. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This procurement utilizes the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR subpart 13.5. The vendor must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov to receive this award.
