Description

The Northport VAMC is seeking information from sources that have the expertise to measure and improve, in a systematic way, employee satisfaction within Human Resources (HR) and customer satisfaction with services provided by HR by developing an action plan to address the concerns expressed by the Human Resources Management Service employees in the 2006 VHA All Employee Survey. In addition to having experience designing customer feedback systems to measure customer satisfaction, the consultant must have experience setting up focus groups. In addition to the above, the consultant will assist the Chief of Human Resources transition into the role as the Human Resources Manager at the VA Medical Center, Northport, NY and will also help realign HRs organization structure, internal processes and procedures to meet the future needs of the Medical Center.
