Description: The VA Connecticut System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Besam Entrance Solutions, of Windsor, NJ to replace existing Rotary Door for main entrance to Bld#2 at our West Haven Campus, locate at 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516. VA Connecticut requires that BEsam accomplish this task as any other vendor doing so would require substantial structual modifications. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competive procurement. See note 22
