- SYNOPSIS FOR PURCHASE OF GIANT VOICE SYSTEM Synopsis created for purchase and installation of a Giant Voice System to be conducted at Dyess Air Force Base. This is classified under the North American Industry Classification System 334290, with a Small Business size standard of 500 employees or less. It is anticipated that the solicitation (FA4661-06-T-0066) will be issued electronically on or about 8 September 2006 on the government?s Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov.
