- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued, unless amended. This acquisition is being issued as a sole source Brand Name Mandatory requirement with award issued to Allied High Tech Products. This request for quote (RFP) N00174-06-Q-0173 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended.
