- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a competitive procurement for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332722 and has a size standard of 500. Bearing, Washers are build to drawing 6934964. Our requirements are: CLIN 0001: 300 each, CLIN 0002: Option 1, 150 each, CLIN: 0003, Option 1, 150 each, CLIN: 0004 Option 2, 150 each, and CLIN: 0005 Option 1, 150 each, The delivery due date for CLIN 0001 is 22 DEC 06, delivery due date for option 1 CLIN 0002 is 21 JUN 07, delivery due date for option 1 CLIN 0003 is 21 DEC 07, delivery due date for option 2 CLIN 0004 is 20 JUN 08 and the delivery due date for option 2 CLIN 0005 is 22 DEC 08. Early and early partial partial deliveries are encouraged. Variation in Quantity is +-5%. Inspection and acceptance is at destination. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport WA 98345-7610. Drawings Referenced in this Solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to vendor?s/contractor?s appointed data custodian that are registered with DLIS (Defense Logistics Info Svc Joint Certification Program (JCP). Numbered Note 8 Applies Restricted Drawings and Technical Information are Only available by accessing a secure website known as Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS). FedTeDS is designed to safeguard sensitive, but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information and is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as NECO and the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Evaluation for this requirement shall be base on lowest price technically acceptable. FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, and DFAR 252.225-7035 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate. Contractors interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all Representations and Certifications, DUNs Number information, and Buy American Act information found in the above clauses. (3) Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection. The solicitation is attached hereto.
