Description
Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office and related space consisting of approximately five hundred twenty-five thousand (525,000) contiguous rentable square feet. The rentable space must yield approximately four hundred sixty thousand (460,000) usable square feet of office and related space, available for use by the tenant. A minimum of 1,076 parking spaces shall be provided, preferably on-site, but in no case farther than two blocks from the building. Existing buildings, buildings under construction, new construction and sites that have approximately 525,000 rentable square feet of development capacity may be considered. Building or site must be located outside of a 100-year floodplain. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or land submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's/landowner's ownership. Space must be accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week. Lease Term: Lease Term is for a maximum of 20 years firm. Occupancy: Tenant occupancy is desired no later than December 1, 2010. Location: Space or site must be located within the city limits of Baltimore, Maryland. Expressions of Interest Should Include: - Building name and address or address of land site - Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of landlord or landowner - Rentable square feet of contiguous available space at the building or maximum developable capacity of land site - If existing building, method of measurement used to determine the rentable square feet, common area factor(s) for available space - If existing building, include list of building-provided services Owners and Authorized Agents: This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation, and this notice is hereby given that based on the evaluation of the response(s) to this advertisement, the Government may or may not solicit for offers to satisfy this requirement.
