Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a Purchase Order to Tririga Real Estate and Facilities of Las Vegas, NV for the purchase of Tririga Reserve (500 User Pack) Software and associated support for the period of September 30 through September 29, 2007. This software and support is currently known to be available only through Tririga Real Estate and Facilities. This software is used in conjunction with the previous purchases by the SSA of modules of Tririga Facilities to help track and manage workload and support core business processes at the agency. Other organizations that believe they are capable of meeting the SSA?s requirements are invited to submit information establishing a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. If the SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, SSA shall issue a sole source award of the product and maintenance under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the information received. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted by September 14, 2006 by 12:00 PM EST. Responses may be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed below. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. No submissions may exceed 5MB.
