- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Reuters for financial market information for the period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. Services include Reuters Trader, North America, Reuters Capital Markets Premium, and North American Capital Markets w/Kobra and Futures Access. Reuters is the only known source for these services. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Interested sources may contact the Contracting Office in writing. See Numbered Note 22.
