- This notice is for Request For Quote (RFQ) HC1013-06-T-2099 for the purchase of several components of Quest or Equivalent performance monitoring suite of software for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Attached to this notice is the RFQ Solicitation. This is a full and open competition. Period of performance is delivery within 30 days for the Base Year requirement plus 2 maintenance Option years. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The award will be made to the lowest cost/technically acceptable offeror. Questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically to maria.meyer@disa.mil not later than Wed, 13 Sep 2006, 4:00pm, CDT. The proposal due date/time is 4:00pm, CDT, Thurs, 14 Sep 2006.
