- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DTICZ06215002 is a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documented and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 2005-12. The NAICS code is 423430. Quotes must be ?all or nothing?. The contract line items are hardware, only, no services required. Quote must include any and all shipping charges to Fort Belvoir Virginia 22060. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation is judged to be most advantageous to the Government, lowest price ? with no exception to the specifications. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer.
