- Solicitation is for procurement of 72 NSNs for long-term contract, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract for one (1) base year with options to extend the contract for four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments at the discretion of the government. Single award is anticipated. Clause L15D01- All or None (DSCC 52.215-9C01) applies, thus awards will be made on an all or none basis for the contract line item (Clin). The small business size standard is 500 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The contract allows for the procurement of items to meet coverage for stock requirements only. Contract incorporates EDI provisions for electronic transmission of delivery orders. The requirement is synopsized in the FedBizOps 15 days prior to issuance of solicitation. SEE NOTES #1, #9,& #26.
